Nope! If you have previously created a drinker profile, you can access it and simply pick up where you left off.
We totally understand, sometimes you want kombucha delivered every week, sometimes you don't. The good news is that LunaBrew subscriptions are easy to temporarily suspend, and also easy to renew. Unless you have cancelled your account (or had your account permanently suspended), you will NOT have to create a new drinker profile or re-enter any of your information.
1. Sign into your LunaBrew account using your email and password.
If you do not remember your password or having trouble logging in, select the "reset password" button to receive an email with instructions on how to reset your LunaBrew password.
2. Double check to make sure your preferences are still correct.
When you sign in you should see your profile, complete with your personal identification information, shipping and billing preferences, and your personal kombucha TasteProfile. Please review to make sure all information is accurate and up to date. Make especially sure that your shipping and billing information is still valid, as expired cards or addresses will result in you being unable to renew your subscription.
3. Navigate to the "My Subscriptions" tab on the left hand side of the page.
4. Where you see "Kombucha delivery?" us the toggle button the toggle from "No." to "Yes."
The prompts that appear after switching to "Yes." will be auto-populated with your previous preferences. Once again, please review and make any necessary changes. Please be aware that similar to all new LunaBrew subscriptions, all renewals require a three week lead time. As in, the earliest you will be able to get your first delivery will be three weeks from the day you complete your renewal.
5. Select the "Send me the Booch" button at the bottom of the page.
After clicking this button, you will then be asked to confirm your renewal. Remember to give all your personal info one more glance just to ensure all your ducks are in a row.
6. Get confirmation email. Get kombucha.
You will receive a confirmation email after submitting your renewal with further information on your delivery schedule. We're happy to have you back 😉
